Hi there! I’m Alyssa henderson.

Honored to meet you here! I am the owner of 4:16 Counseling, PLLC. Personally, I grew up no stranger to deep suffering, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. It was not until my own counseling experience in college that I began processing any of these things or even having names for what they were. Through counseling I experienced healing in places I did not even know I needed, providing restoration I did not believe was possible, completely changing the trajectory of my life. From then on, I knew I wanted to be a part of that for other people.

Therapy has evolved into the closest thing to modern-day miracles that I can describe. It is truly one of the greatest honors and privileges to bear witness to client’s vulnerability in and trust with their experiences. I cherish each opportunity and moment to cultivate a space for others to find that, no matter what they've been through, there's an opportunity for redemption in every story. I hope to soon be stepping into similar places with you.
